April 2006

Brendan, one of the founding members of Grendel has decided that it is time to change his scene.  Brendan married the lovely Larissa in March 2006 and settled down to a new life.  Bitchfish will be missed on stage but we are sure that we will see him in the crowd at gigs.

Big thanks to Pete for stepping up to the drums whilst Stitch was injured.

4ZZZ play Grendel

The Grendel hour featured on 4ZZZ on Saturday the 17th of January.  Sounded great and the guys were really upbeat.  If you are lucky enough to get hold of a pre-pressing EP then you will get to hear the interview and a couple of extra songs that aren't on the to be released disc.

Super Motard DVD

Grendel have recently been requested to have their music feature on the Super Motard promotional DVDs. "Hypnotise" is the first Grendel track to appear on the Queensland 2004 DVD  The next local Super motard event will be held in Toowoomba on the Australia Day long weekend

Upcoming EP

"Broken" Grendel's first EP will be available for purchase sometime this year.  Any sponsorship for pressing greatly appreciated.

EMERGING COCKTAIL

Grendel's "My Dreams (are taking you away)" to appear on the upcoming "Emerging Cocktail" CD to be launched in Brisbane in January.  Keep your eyes open for this CD in all good music stores
